How to Find Your PressWHMCS Order ID
If you’ve received a request to proceed with onboarding and need to provide your order details, your Order ID is essential for us to locate your purchase in our system. This guide will show you how to find your Order ID or, if needed, your Invoice ID as an alternative.
Step 1: Check Your Email Confirmations
Your Order ID is typically included in the emails you received after completing your purchase:
- Order Confirmation Email: Look for “Order ID” or “Order Number” in the email sent when you placed your order.
- Invoice Confirmation Email: This email may also mention your Order ID or include your Invoice ID.
Step 2: Find Your Invoice ID (Alternative Option)
If you can’t locate your Order ID, you can provide your Invoice ID instead. Here’s how to find it:
- Log in to Your PressWHMCS Account:
- Visit your PressWHMCS client area and log in.
- Go to Billing:
- Click on Billing in the navigation menu.
- Locate the Invoice ID:
- In the My Invoices section, the Invoice ID is listed in the first column next to each invoice.
- Alternatively, open an invoice, and you’ll see the Invoice ID in the top-left corner of the invoice details.
Step 3: Provide Your ID
Once you have your Order ID or Invoice ID, submit it to us as requested. This will allow us to quickly identify your purchase and assist you with onboarding or support.
